We are kicking off 2022 with a panel that will be looking at programs and the people who run them.
- What skills are necessary for a robust team to serve your company?
- How do those skills differ from what you looked for pre-Covid?
We will review these topics with a panel of VMS Professionals along with related job descriptions, skills, and corresponding salary ranges.

- Cris Robinson, Sr. Manager, Contingent Workforce Program, LinkedIn
Cris Robinson leads LinkedIn’s Contingent Workforce Program. She’s built & deployed programs in 7 countries with MSP, VMS and inhouse team partners. Since the pandemic started, she’s led the move of contractors being fully remote, and created a scalable eLearning platform with bite size content for users within the program. 2021 was a busy year with rolling out a contractor Diversity & Inclusion program and designing the Contingent Workforce Business Partner strategy & team structure which will focus on being advisors with HRBPs and business leaders.
Cris is a board member of California Staffing Professionals Silicon Valley Chapter for the past 10 years and an active member of the Bay Area Contingent Workforce Benchmarking group.
Outside of work Cris enjoys hiking with her husband, spending time with her kids and grandson, and giving back to the community.
- Henry Murphy III, Director Global Procurement, S&P Global
Henry Murphy III is a Director of Global Procurement at S&P Global, a financial information and analytics firm headquartered in NYC. He leads the People Services and Contingent Workforce Program teams. Henry is also the Head of Procurement Sustainability and Supplier Diversity.
He has worked in the Procurement and HR industries for over 15 years, developing and leading programs for companies such as Allstate Insurance, United Airlines, Zurich Financial, Tyson Foods, and Shire Pharmaceuticals. He is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist at various global events on Contingent Workforce, Supplier Diversity and Procurement industry topics. In 2020 he was named a Contingent Workforce industry “Game Changer” by Staffing Industry Analyst.
