January 2022 Meeting

We are kicking off 2022 with a panel that will be looking at programs and the people who run them.

  • What skills are necessary for a robust team to serve your company?
  • How do those skills differ from what you looked for pre-Covid?

We will review these topics with a panel of VMS Professionals along with related job descriptions, skills, and corresponding salary ranges.

Panelists to date include:

  • Cris Robinson, Sr. Manager, Contingent Workforce Program, LinkedIn

Cris Robinson leads LinkedIn’s Contingent Workforce Program. She’s built & deployed programs in 7 countries with MSP, VMS and inhouse team partners. Since the pandemic started, she’s led the move of contractors being fully remote, and created a scalable eLearning platform with bite size content for users within the program. 2021 was a busy year with rolling out a contractor Diversity & Inclusion program and designing the Contingent Workforce Business Partner strategy & team structure which will focus on being advisors with HRBPs and business leaders.

Cris is a board member of California Staffing Professionals Silicon Valley Chapter for the past 10 years and an active member of the Bay Area Contingent Workforce Benchmarking group.
