Topics:

  • “Through the Eyes of the Candidate: Understanding Why Your Negative Turnover Matters” – Lauren Saleski, CW Program Analyst at MillerCoors

Bio: I began my journey working with Contingent Labor in 2012 as a Reporting Analyst for global MSP Tapfin, where I supported two large clients in the Pharmaceutical industry. Through my tenure with Tapfin I helped lead one of the largest global implementations of VMS Fieldglass into 93 countries, and supported both clients with reporting and VMS configuration needs. From there I took over as Team Lead for Reporting & Analytics where I managed a support team of 3 analysts and 1 coordinator. I left Contingent Labor for a year to work as a Sr Analyst on a Business Intelligence team at Grainger before ultimately rejoining Contingent Labor as an Analyst on the buyer side with MillerCoors in Chicago.

  • Best Practices Discussion:
What are the top 3 most important issues you are currently facing in your program?
What are the top 3 things you would tell someone just starting a global implementation?

You must be pre-registered and have a picture ID to gain entrance to the meeting
