Kip Wright is President & CEO of Genuent, a Willis Group Company. Wright is a Staffing Industry veteran instrumental in shifting the landscape of the Human Capital industry. Known as a passionate leader with an innate ability to drive both growth organizational efficiencies, Wright is responsible for all facets of executive strategy and leadership for the Genuent organization.

In his 27-year career, Wright served in numerous leadership roles with public and private staffing and workforce solution companies. As Senior Vice President of Manpower, North America, he successfully led Manpower’s $2B contingent staffing line of business for the United States and Canada. Wright also served as Senior Vice President of ManpowerGroup Solutions in North America, which include service offerings of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Talent Based Outsourcing (TBO). Wright joined ManpowerGroup through the acquisition of COMSYS / TAPFIN where he served in several executive roles including Senior Vice President of Managed Solutions, Chief Financial Officer and President of TAPFIN. Wright began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young.

Considered a leader in the field of Human Capital and Workforce Fulfillment, Wright is the recipient of numerous awards. He is a five-time recipient of Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Staffing 100” award, recognizing the most influential leaders in the Staffing Industry. Under his direction, TAPFIN became the gold standard for contingent workforce management providers, and was the largest global MSP for four years running. TAPFIN was also recognized by Everest Group as the top performer in the MSP space for the last three years.

Wright carries his Business Degree from Louisiana State University. He currently serves on the Board of Genesys Talent and has participated on numerous other boards, including OnForce and Homemade Gourmet.

Sherry is a people person who manages Contingent Labor with a passion. She manages a team of 3 external labor analysts who oversee an internally managed contingent labor program.

She is results oriented with a major goal of always” driving continuous improvement and service excellence”.

Sherry joined HCSC in December 2017 as Manager of External Workforce Services. She was brought in specially to manage contingent labor and Vendor Management Systems.

Sherry’s responsibilities include the providing leadership around the identification, development and execution of contingent sourcing and procurement processes and project plans.

Prior to joining HSCS she did consulting work for a AbbVie designing a global Third-Party Worker Program and participated in a global MSP RFP. She has extensive MSP and VMS experience with global clients Shire, Baxalta, Baxter and Northern Trust.

Thes leads the US-based contingent worker program for The Coca-Cola Company which includes all contingent worker policies and processes as well as the US Staff Augmentation MSP and VMS operations. In addition to 17 years at Coca-Cola, her career includes time with Nabisco and an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. While Thes has extensive experience in Supply Chain, Six Sigma and Customer Service Operations, more recently she has turned her focus to Contingent Workforce Solutions, helping managers advance the business.

Karen is the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Southwest Airlines. She leads Corporate Recruiting for full-time hiring as well as their Contingent Staffing program.
Karen has been at Southwest Airlines for the past 18 years and has served in both Operational and Corporate roles. Over the past 8 years Karen has worked on building out the contingent program which includes; internal management, self-sourcing initiatives, and creating a total talent organization.

Kara Goodwin is a member of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Labor and Employment Department and Wage and Hour Litigation Practice Group where she focuses a significant portion of her practice on representing employers across the United States in the defense of complex wage and hour claims arising under federal and state laws. Ms. Goodwin also provides preventative counseling and works with employers to minimize their exposure to investigation and litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws. Ms. Goodwin has significant experience conducting large-scale audits of employer workforces to assess and, where necessary, change wage and hour policies and practices to bring employers more clearly into compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws. Ms. Goodwin’s wage-hour experience also includes second chairing a federal bench trial, resulting in a complete defense verdict based on the outside sales exemption against a collective action claim that plaintiffs were misclassified as exempt and were entitled to overtime pay.

In addition, Ms. Goodwin has successfully represented employers before state and federal courts, the EEOC, and state administrative agencies in matters involving all aspects of employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and related state laws.

Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Ms. Goodwin served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Dawn McCartney is the Director of Contingent Workforce Strategies and Research for Staffing Industry Analysts. She has over 13 years of human resource experience working on both the supplier and buyer sides. Her expertise on the buyer side includes contingent workforce policies, procedures, strategies and implementation of contingent workforce programs including VMS selection and supplier selection. She currently utilizes her experience and expertise to provide insight and best practices globally to the CWS Council members. She is also an industry speaker, writer and an instructor of SIA’s CCWP Certification program.

Cynthia Moore manages Allstate’s $100+ million contingent labor program. Since joining Allstate, Cynthia has been working to enhance Allstate’s existing, supplier diversity award winning contingent labor program. During her first year at Allstate she was responsible for driving supplier optimization and a new MSP strategy. During her tenure at Allstate she has worked to further increase diversity spend within the program to 29% in 2017 with a goal of reaching 50% within the next two years. In 2018, she finalized two RFP’s to select new suppliers for Call Center, Admin/Clerical & Light Industrial as well as Payrolling, IC Compliance and management of Allstate’s retiree program. She is one of the leads in rolling out this change across the enterprise. Lastly, Cynthia has been a SME on several Fieldglass implementation projects across the enterprise.
Prior to Allstate Cynthia spent six months creating Discover’s Supplier Diversity program, ran and completed multiple LEAN initiatives and managed Risk and Controls in Global Procurement. She originally joined Discover as the Sr. Manager for Professional Services Management in 2007. In that role her responsibilities included, managing a team responsible for all offshoring, consulting, staff augmentation vendor and engagement relationships. Successes included the implementation of a contractor tenure policy and overall program to mitigate co-employment risks across the organization, development of a non-employee policy to drive awareness of how resources should be leverage, centralization of all non-employee resources in the VMS tool which helped not only in identifying resources but identified savings opportunities and reduced risk as well as on boarding time by 80%.

Prior to joining Discover she was the Team Lead for Alternative Workforce at TransUnion. She was responsible for establishing Centralized Vendor Management at TransUnion LLC. She was instrumental in the selection and management of TransUnion’s web based vendor management system.

Prior to joining TransUnion, Cynthia was a successful sales, project and operations manager for a variety of IT consulting environments. As an account manager, Cindi exceeded revenue and gross profits expectations on numerous occasions and received several sales awards for her efforts.

Lastly, Cynthia is co-founder and co-chair of a national user group called VMS Professionals. This group was founded in 2001 and continues today. As co-founder, Cynthia works closely with Karen Wilson (co-founder) to lead Chapter meetings and create the annual conference.

Dan Khublall is a Senior Director, Global External Workforce Labor Programs Head responsible for all non-employee external labor programs and strategy at Thomson Reuters.
Dan has been in his current role since February of 2014 and leads multiple teams across Thomson Reuters’ many locations globally.

Over the last 4 years Dan has been focused less on process and more on strategy within the non-employee space and is actively pursuing change that enables companies to make use of new technologies and solutions such as TalentClouds and Self Sourcing/Direct Sourcing. Dan’s focus is on pushing innovation within the MSP and VMS space by embracing technology and efficiency. His vision is to continue promoting a Talent Acquisition approach to the non-employee labor market.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Dan worked with TIAA-CREF as their head of contingent labor programs. He also worked at Citigroup as a VP in their ICG area and originally got his start in the industry in 2005 at JPMorgan where he was a reporting analyst for professional services and contingent labor.
